Major Corporation in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Jr. Accountant to work in their Accounting Department. Long term temporary assignment.

Heavy A/P experience. Review invoices and check requests Sort and match invoices and check requests Set invoices up for payment Process check requests Prepare and process accounts payable checks. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Resolve invoice discrepancies Vendor file maintenance?correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries produce monthly reports ?assist in month end closing Knowledge of accounts payable Knowledge of general accounting procedures Knowledge of relevant computer applications Proficient in data entry and management 3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience BA degree strongly preferred Please apply by sending your resume as an MS doc and place a follow up call to Vivian.
