Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accountant III.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review STAT and GAAP alternative investment financial
reports and assist with SEC reporting
Perform complex accounting entries and reconciliations while
maintaining SOX-compliant internal controls
Coordinate responses for external auditors and support quarterly
and year-end financial close processes
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Master's degree or CPA preferred
3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or
auditing, specifically with alternative investments
Expertise in accounting for alternative investments and experience
with general ledger and reconciliation software
Proficiency in complex reconciliations, financial data analysis,
and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical abilities and highly organized with a
team-oriented attitude
