Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with strong experience in QuickBooks and ERP systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage financial data with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end closing activities Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and prepare internal financial reports Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payment processing Support inventory and cost accounting as needed Utilize ERP software (Odoo or similar) to streamline financial workflows Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper financial documentation Assist external auditors by preparing supporting schedules and documentation Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) 23 years of professional accounting experience (required) Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems (Odoo preferred) Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting procedures High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-focused businesses Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) Compensation & Benefits $27.00 - $34.00 hourly compensation (DOE) Health insurance (optional dental and vision plans available) 401(k) Paid holidays and PTO Year-end bonus potential
