Job Description:

This hybrid healthcare finance role supports managed care analytics and reporting initiatives within a hospital or medical group setting. The analyst develops financial models, prepares executive-level presentations, and delivers strategic insights to leadership. Responsibilities include contract performance evaluation, PMPM analysis, specialty cost reporting, benchmarking, and trend analysis to improve operational and financial outcomes. The role also supports M&A analytics, physician productivity reporting, compensation modeling, and ROI analysis for service expansions. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to standardize reporting tools, automate data access, and translate complex healthcare financial data into actionable recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum five years of experience in a hospital or medical group environment required. Advanced Excel proficiency is essential. Must have experience with managed care analytics, contract modeling, PMPM reporting, and healthcare reimbursement structures. Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD/Dx coding systems required. Experience with physician compensation analysis, RVU reporting, proforma development, and financial forecasting strongly preferred. Candidate must be available for occasional onsite meetings and equipment pickup as part of hybrid expectations.
