$40.00 Hourly Custom Truck One Source “CTOS” 14670 Randall Ave,
Fontana, CA 92335 Customer Truck One Source is seeking an
enthusiastic, hard-working, customer-oriented individuals who can
work in a team environment as a Service Technician. Located just
one block from the Auto Club Speedway, Custom Truck One Source
Fontana has 27 bays and nearly 30,000 sq. ft. CTOS has 40 locations
across the U.S. and Canada. We design, sell, rent, and service
trucks and heavy equipment for major utilities, telecom,
construction, and rail companies—powering those who build and
maintain our nation’s infrastructure. “We power the people who
strengthen our nation’s infrastructure.” Hiring Mechanic /
Technician with experience performing maintenance and repair on
truck-mounted utility equipment such as Boom, Bucket, Diggers,
Dump, Service, Forestry, Aerial cranes and other truck mounted
equipment. Technicians work on diesel, chassis, drive train,
suspension, hydraulics, diagnostics, electrical. Software
diagnostics such as Bendix, Wabco, Cummins Insite, and Nexiq
Diagnostic Link 7:30am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, Day - shift, with
overtime as needed, limited Saturdays. CTOS offers competitive pay

program and more. Duties: Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace
damaged / worn parts on a variety of vocational / utility trucks &
equipment. Provide repair and maintenance to medium / heavy duty
trucks, and background in hydraulics and electrical is a plus.
Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged or worn parts for a
variety of manufacturers of utility equipment to ensure quality
standards are achieved. Prepare and maintain accurate records of
parts, services and labor to track costs so vehicles can be
properly priced and reflect the value of quality offered by the
company. Submit all work/repair orders as required to a supervisor
for approval to ensure budgets are maintained and costs of vehicle
repairs accurately reflected. Perform all duties in accordance with
best practices for a safe work environment. Attend monthly safety
meetings held by Custom Truck One Source. Other duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Basic Skills: 3 years
plus experience with utility truck equipment, diesel, medium or
heavy truck, or related equipment. Hydraulics, Electrical, Drive
Train, Suspension Software diagnostics such as Bendix, Wabco,
Cummins Insite, and Nexiq Diagnostic Link Computer skills and
ability to document repair activity. Requirements: High school
diploma or the equivalent Vocational Technical School or Military
Wheeled Mechanic or related training Must hold a valid driver’s
license. (CDL a plus) Must have your own tools. Physical effort to
move objects and tools; frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and
kneeling and a high level of dexterity.
