Position Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect specializing in Single Family Luxury homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of high-end residential properties that reflect the client's vision and elevate the standard of living. This position requires a strong creative vision, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural designs and plans for luxury single-family homes Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences Oversee the design-build process from conceptualization to completion Ensure compliance with local zoning laws and building codes Select materials and finishes that align with the luxury aesthetic Coordinate with contractors, interior designers, and other professionals involved in the project Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture, specifically in luxury design Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong understanding of design-build processes and remodeling techniques - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
