Key Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert in integrations and API
offerings
Manage escalated technical issues and communicate effectively with
stakeholders
Collaborate with product managers to suggest enhancements and
prioritize bugs
Required Qualifications
Understanding of SaaS products and integrated systems
Experience supporting integrations, particularly with analytics and
CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with engineering and product
teams
Process-oriented approach with resourcefulness in
problem-solving
Ability to identify trends and present actionable solutions
