A company is looking for a Director, CxO Strategy &
Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Establish the vision and strategy for the CxO Program, aligning
with corporate goals
Oversee the Executive Sponsorship and Executive Business Review
Programs to enhance client relationships
Develop training and workshops to improve client engagement and
knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in strategy development or customer
engagement, preferably in tech or cloud security
Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and
understanding their business needs
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and initiatives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects
