Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director (Medical
Affairs).
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical support and oversight for CVS Health's clinical
programs and consultative activities across the PBM
Conduct medication utilization reviews and manage medical necessity
appeals for various client programs
Engage in special clinical investigations and research as directed
by senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board Certification
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in direct patient care
2 or more years of experience in clinical outcomes with knowledge
of medical statistics and regulatory agencies
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the candidate's state
of residence
Graduate of an accredited Medical School and Residency Program
