Job Description:
Job Description If you want to make a significant impact as a
Psychologist in a school setting in California, this position might
be what you are looking for! Responsibilities: Conducting
psychological assessments Develop case studies of individual
students to determine educational needs, learning characteristics,
and social behavior relevant to educational placement and
instructional planning Evaluate the results of tests in relation to
the cultural, environmental, and language backgrounds of students
Participate in IEP meetings, counsel students individually and in
groups to aid them in educational achievement and personal or
social adjustment Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral Degree in
School Psychology or a related field National Association of School
Psychologists (NASP) or National Certified School Psychologist
(NCSP) certification New graduates and experienced therapists for
Pre-K to High School are encouraged to apply Ability to work
effectively in a School setting Strong communication, time
management, and clinical decision-making skills Preferred Skills
and Qualifications One or more years of experience in a School
setting Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and patient-centered
care Job details: Pay: $2,859.56 - $2,948 / week Location:
California Assignment Length: 20 Shift: Day Setting: School
