Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Psychiatrist - North Carolina
Overview: Our organization specializes in telehealth psychiatry,
led by board-certified professionals, providing flexible outpatient
mental health services for both children and adults. We foster a
supportive workplace with minimal administrative responsibilities,
attractive compensation, and cutting-edge technology to improve
patient care. Our focus is on addressing common psychiatric
conditions through remote, in-network services while encouraging
psychiatrist independence and a healthy work-life balance.
Clinically guided by a board-certified psychiatrist with expertise
in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry, as well as addiction
medicine, our practice is dedicated to excellence. At our
organization, psychiatrists maintain control over their practice.
Our dedicated support staff alleviates administrative burdens,
allowing you to dedicate more time to patient care. Additionally,
we offer flexibility regarding where and when you practice. Our
psychiatrists enjoy autonomy over their schedules and working
hours. We provide outpatient treatment for children and adults
dealing with depression, anxiety, attention disorders, and more.
However, we do not offer intensive outpatient or partial
hospitalization programs. We believe that addressing accessibility
challenges in mental health care starts with supporting our
psychiatrists. We tackle the difficulties faced by mental health
professionals, from inadequate office infrastructure in private
practices to being overworked and undercompensated by hospitals and
clinics. Our goal is to close the gap in outpatient psychiatry by
delivering high-quality, respected medical care in a modern
environment equipped with advanced tools. Utilizing proprietary
technology designed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists, we empower
you to treat the populations and conditions you are passionate
about, allowing you to build a fulfilling and intellectually
stimulating practice. We believe that psychiatric care should be
accessible and affordable, accepting all major insurance plans. As
an integrated practice, we have a robust in-house billing and
patient care coordination team that manages billing and
administrative tasks for our clinical staff. We participate in
E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9
information to confirm your eligibility to work in the U.S. only
after a job offer is accepted and the Form I-9 is completed. For
more information on E-Verify, please refer to the E-Verify
Participation and IER Right to Work resources. We are an equal
opportunity employer dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive,
and equitable workplace. We aim to create an environment where
everyone feels a sense of belonging and purpose, learning from the
unique experiences of those around us. We encourage all qualified
individuals to apply, regardless of race, color, ancestry,
religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship,
marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or
expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any
other legally protected status. Our organization was established by
psychiatrists for psychiatrists, offering the stability and support
of a hospital group while maintaining the autonomy of a private
practice. We are currently looking for fully remote board-certified
or board-eligible psychiatrists to join our expanding national
team. Our Commitments Competitive Compensation: We offer a
