Now Hiring – Band Weld Operator Location: Upland CA Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $19.96 per hour . What You’ll Do: Set up, operate, and maintain band welders, grinders, and related equipment Weld, grind, and anneal blades with precision to meet quality standards Perform visual and measurement checks to ensure accuracy Complete required documentation and maintenance logs Follow all safety rules and procedures What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred) Ability to read charts, specifications, and use micrometers Comfortable working with decimals and measurements High School Diploma or GED equivalent Ability to lift, push, or pull 5–25 lbs as needed Why should you choose Manpower?
