Community Hospital Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Psych LVN to join our team at Mission Community
Hospital in Panorama City, California. This is a full-time position
with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. As a
Psych LVN, your primary responsibility will be to provide nursing
care to patients with mental health conditions under the direction
of a registered nurse or physician. Compensation & Benefits: •

development opportunities Responsibilities: • Conduct intake
screenings and assessments to identify patient needs • Administer
medication and monitor patient response • Create and maintain
patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes •
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop
and implement patient care plans • Provide education and support to
patients and their families • Implement and follow all hospital
policies and procedures • Use therapeutic communication techniques
to effectively interact with patients • Assist with crisis
intervention and de-escalation of potentially violent situations •
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Requirements: • Current and valid LVN license in the state of
California • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LVN in a
psychiatric setting • BLS certification • Strong knowledge of
psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities • Ability to
effectively communicate and interact with patients of diverse
backgrounds • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills •
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices •
Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness
to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays EEOC
