Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver/ Floater to provide support and companionship during overnight shifts and nighttime hours. The caregiver will help ensure the client’s comfort and safety, provide reminders for medication, and encourage a consistent sleep routine. Responsibilities: Provide a safe and calm environment overnight and/or evenings Offer reminders to take prescribed medications on schedule Gently remind and encourage the client to go to bed early and maintain a healthy sleep routine Offer companionship and reassurance as needed during the night Monitor the client’s well-being and report any concerns or changes in condition Requirements: Driver's License Two (2) valid forms of identification Current negative TB test Valid CPR and First Aid certification Must pass a background check
