Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Occupational Therapist needed for a full-time contract position supporting multiple elementary schools in Escondido, CA. This onsite role begins ASAP and is likely to continue through the end of the current school year. The caseload will include approximately 80 students, with full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) support available. Responsibilities include: Providing occupational therapy services to students in elementary school settings Collaborating with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Supporting student participation in academic and daily activities through therapeutic interventions Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in school-based therapy Skilled in child development and therapeutic techniques appropriate for elementary-aged students Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 80 students efficiently Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with educators and families Full-time availability for onsite work throughout the school year Location: Escondido, California onsite position supporting multiple elementary schools in the area Benefits & Perks: Full-time contract position with consistent caseload and support Opportunity to work closely with a dedicated COTA Engaging role in a dynamic school environment impacting student development This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support childrens growth and success in school settings.
