California Compensation: $250,000–$280,000 base bonus equity
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | Minimal call | Weekends off She

for a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to lead a dedicated
care team serving medically complex and elderly patients in the
Torrance, CA area. This role sits within an integrated, value-based
care program that blends clinical excellence with whole-person
support, giving physicians the time and tools to truly make a
difference. You’ll lead a high-performing clinical team and play a
key role in shaping patient outcomes through compassionate,

medicine—this role is for you. Role Overview Serve as clinical lead
for a multidisciplinary team focused on high-touch care for seniors
Provide a mix of in-clinic primary care and home-based visits as
needed Coordinate closely with nursing, behavioral health, social
work, and rehab team members Focus on continuity and prevention,
not volume-based metrics Participate in a light call rotation
(phone-only), covering only a few evenings or weekends per month
