Agoura Hills, Van Nuys, Culver City, DTLA, Santa Clarita, CA Pay
Rate: $35-$40/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday Work Environment: Onsite
with some hybrid days Our client is seeking an experienced HR
Generalist for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting employees
across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR
professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys
supporting a broad range of human resources functions. Key
Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations including
employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding Administer HR
policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable
laws Assist with benefits administration, leaves of absence, and HR
documentation Support payroll and timekeeping processes in
partnership with payroll teams Maintain accurate employee records
and HRIS data Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies,
procedures, and benefits Support performance management and
disciplinary processes Assist with compliance initiatives and
audits Partner with management on HR projects and initiatives as
needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience
required Experience supporting organizations with 50-1,000
employees Experience supporting multi-state employees is a plus
Hands-on experience with one or more HRIS/payroll systems: ADP,
Workday, BambooHR, WFN (Workforce Now) Experience in one or more of
the following industries preferred: Manufacturing, Healthcare,
Non-Profit, Entertainment, Construction, or Tech Strong knowledge
of HR best practices and employment laws Excellent communication,
organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work onsite with
flexibility for hybrid days Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
