Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist
to join their Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a
timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, documenting
customer interactions and solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback
and improve overall customer experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
2 years in a customer-facing or support role, ideally in a SaaS or
technology environment
Familiarity with help desk software (Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce
Service Cloud) is a plus
Experience in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Customer service experience with a strong phone presence
