seeking a detail oriented and motivated Product Manager Assistant
to join our dynamic team at our Fremont or Walnut, CA office. In
this role, you will be responsible for Helping the development and
management of our product lines, ensuring alignment with market
needs and company goals. This position is crucial for enhancing our
product offerings and contributing to our mission of delivering
top-notch IT solutions. Job Description: Communicate with vendor on
PO processing, shipment schedule. Monitoring shipment schedule for
open POs and provide updates for sales team. Review run rate and
monitor inventory. Assess and release sales order on hold under the
guidance of Product Manager. Assist sales team with product line
inquiries. Work with vendor to find out product availability and
lead time. Tracking VR goal, sales incentive promotions and floor
day activities. Coordinate with sales team on customer’s daily
inquires and demands. Submit special pricing agreement deal, bid,
and meet comp requests. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree is
preferred. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to adapt, improvise, and solve problem quickly. Must be
self-motivated, quick learner, driven and have great work ethic.
Excellent time management skills, able to handle multi-tasks and
stay focused. Able to adapt in high pace business environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Must be a
