Job Description:
My SoCal Lawyer is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to
join our growing team in Upland, CA. This role is ideal for those
who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about
providing exemplary legal assistance in employment law matters,
while closely working within the frameworks of personal injury,
family law, and estate planning. Our firm stands out for its
unwavering dedication to client satisfaction and advocacy for
justice. As an Employment Law Attorney, you will handle a variety
of legal issues, including but not limited to, workplace
discrimination, wage and hour law, and wrongful termination. Advise
and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in
private legal matters. Communicate with clients, colleagues,
judges, and others involved in the case. Conduct research and
analysis of legal problems. Interpret laws, rulings, and
regulations for individuals and businesses. Present facts in
writing and verbally to their clients or others and argue on behalf
of their clients. Prepare and file legal documents, such as
lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds. Strong
understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and cases with high attention to
detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency
in legal research software. Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Admitted to practice law in the state of California. Membership in
good standing with the American Bar Association.
