We reward hard work What you will do: The Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel on a variety of legal matters. The Associate Attorney will be expected to handle all aspects of the legal process and to represent clients in court. This position is ideal for an experienced attorney who is comfortable handling complex legal matters and is comfortable in a courtroom setting. - Provide legal counsel on a variety of legal matters, including criminal, civil, and family law. - Advise clients regarding their legal rights and help to determine the best course of action. - Research, analyze, and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations. - Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings, as well as handle discovery and motion practice. - Represent clients in court proceedings. - Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
