bankruptcy court, we are the go-to firm for sophisticated clients.

an incredible culture, and we are looking to add new attorneys as
business continues to rapidly expand. Key Responsibilities -
Represent clients in litigation cases in court and before
administrative agencies - Draft and file legal documents, including
pleadings, motions, and discovery requests - Conduct legal research
to support case strategies - Prepare for and attend depositions,
hearings, and trials - Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients -
Advise clients on their legal rights and options - Collaborate with
other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm - Stay
updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation
practices Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school - Admitted to practice law in the relevant
jurisdiction - Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience - Strong
understanding of civil litigation processes and procedures -
Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to work
independently and manage multiple cases effectively - Experience in
business litigation and real estate law is a plus Benefits Health
insurance stipend 3 weeks of PTO 9 paid holidays 5 sick days Strong
bonus structure ($70k in monthly / annual bonuses) - For this
position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United
States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
