We are currently seeking new or recently admitted Associate Attorneys (0–2 years of experience) who are passionate about litigation and eager to make a meaningful impact early in their legal careers. Key Responsibilities As an Associate Attorney, you will play an essential role in all stages of litigation, including: Court Hearings – Preparing for and appearing at state court hearings. Discovery – Drafting and responding to discovery, and reviewing opposing parties’ responses. Law & Motion – Drafting, filing, and arguing a variety of motions including motions to compel, demurrers, and motions for summary judgment. You’ll receive hands-on training, direct mentorship from experienced litigators, and early courtroom exposure, allowing you to sharpen your advocacy skills and grow within the firm. Compensation & Benefits $120,000 - $200,000 annually benefits (healthcare, 401k, PTO, etc.) Requirements Licensed to practice law in California (admission to the CA Bar required). 0–2 years of legal experience , including relevant internships, clerkships, or law school clinics. Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Commitment to consumer rights and civil litigation.
