As a Warehouse Stockroom Clerk you will: Unpack and examine incoming shipments from UPS, FedEx, Etc., Fill out the corresponding paperwork and inspects all parts to ensure that the contents are correct. Verify that incoming purchase orders product matches and enter the data into Axapta system. Send all parts that require incoming testing to QA for testing. Process incoming RMA’s and returns. Place incoming product in their correct warehouse and location Generate packaging material, and labels needed for production picking list. Pull materials and product according to picking list. Prepare all materials for production builds according to planning schedule for the next workday. Review and complete any specific customer requirements such as labels and CofC. Handle incoming phone calls into shipping and receiving department. Use forklift for loading and unloading inbound deliveries as required. Ensure all product is placed in their correct location, correctly labeled. Cleans the work area at the end of every day. This is a full-time opportunity Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00PM - 8:30PM The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills: 1-3 Years of previous Warehouse, Required Previous ERP experience. Proficient Basic Computer Literacy to navigate different shipping portals, use Outlook to send/receive email, navigate the web, etc Must be able to speak, read and write English Ability to lift up to 50lbs Basic Math Skills required Good Typing and Ten Key skills High School Diploma or GED Required Forklift Experience a must.
