A Construction Company in Adelanto, CA is looking for a strong Senior Accountant!Description:-Previous experience as a Sr Accountant, lead or accounting manager- construction or manufacturing industry preferredSet objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the company's goalsMonitor processing invoicesEnsure timely collection of paymentsPrepare monthly reportsOrganize records of invoices and depositsEnsure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the lawManage 3 reportsSupport Accounts Receivable Clerks on a daily basis and train new team membersUtilize QuickBooks, soon to be SAGEAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Proven work experience as a well rounded accountant who understands how billing fits into "big picture"Hands-on experience with accounting softwareFamiliar with outlook and excelExcellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reportsAbility to accurately process numerical dataTeam management and negotiation skillsProblem solving attitude About Aston Carter:Aston Carter is a distinguished global provider of recruitment and staffing services to companies requiring highly specialized business professionals.
