Job Description:
A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and procedures
for multiple ambulatory clinics
Obtain and verify patient information and ensure completeness of
written orders from referring physicians
Respond to patient and staff needs, notifying appropriate personnel
of any scheduling changes
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
State and federal criminal background checks as required for the
work location
Ability to sit for extended periods
Experience in scheduling and registration processes preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
