Job Description:
A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor (Overnight
Shift) - Weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Be available to take at least one on-call overnight shift per week
within part-time hours (29 hours)
Serve as the initial point of contact for families calling after
hours, providing compassionate communication and guidance
Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of
potential clients and their families
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer
service, or sales roles; healthcare or behavioral health experience
is a strong plus
A tech-savvy individual who can confidently navigate systems like
Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
A calm, caring, and professional presence, especially when working
with families in stressful or emotional situations
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or
bachelor's degree is preferred
