Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a
timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex cases as
needed
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and
transactions
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the State of Utah
Zendesk experience is required
1+ years of experience in a customer support role
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or
certifications are a plus
Fluent in English; fluency in Spanish is preferred
