Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve auto and property damage claims while
providing exceptional customer service
Coordinate with customers and other departments, ensuring timely
responses to inquiries and concerns
Document claims interactions and escalate significant issues to
supervisors as necessary
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
Customer service experience is required; 6-12 months of related
experience preferred
Ability to obtain a Company sponsored Adjuster's license upon
hire
Experience handling high call volumes in a professional environment
is preferred
Completion of formal and informal training programs related to
company policies is necessary
