Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator -
Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule high-volume interviews and communicate with candidates
regarding their recruiting status
Review background checks, coordinate hiring decisions, and maintain
recruitment trackers
Provide HR operations support, including administrative tasks and
acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related
customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel and
Word
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly
Workday, or other HRIS platforms
Solid understanding of HR and employment laws
