Job Description:

Airswift is seeking an experienced Lead Construction Manager to oversee the construction of utility scale solar projects in California.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, including project planning, subcontractor management, materials procurement, and field operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including project developers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with project specifications and budgets.
• Oversee construction operations, ensuring that all work is completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring that they are performing to project specifications and meeting schedule milestones.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure that all construction activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure that all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and submittals, are properly organized and maintained.
