A company is looking for a Remote Senior Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in answering incoming calls from insurance adjusters and
vehicle owners regarding valuation products
Document conversations with claims adjusters related to specific
loss reports
Maintain relationships with dealers and claims adjusters to ensure
customer satisfaction
Requirements:
No prior insurance or automotive experience required; training
provided
High school diploma; some college preferred
3 years of prior customer service experience required
Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently
Quiet and professional home work environment with a high-speed
internet connection
