Summary: DSA Signage is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior
Account Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales
activities, nurturing qualified leads, and closing business
opportunities that drive revenue growth. This individual will be at
the front line of our customer engagement strategy, understanding
client needs, positioning our solutions, and building long-term
relationships. The position will also be responsible for managing
some of DSA’s existing accounts. This is an exciting opportunity
for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the
challenge of achieving targets, and is passionate about cultivating
relationships. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and close
sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls,
emails, and virtual meetings. Develop a strong understanding of the
company’s products, services, and value proposition to effectively
communicate solutions to potential clients. Work closely with
engineering and supply chain teams to understand the product and
lead times associated with them. Manage the full sales cycle from
lead generation to deal closure ensuring a seamless customer
experience. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and
pipeline data in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation
strategies and campaigns. Partner with account managers and
customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and
satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
and key performance indicators (KPIs). Continuously identify
opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a
high-performance sales culture. Qualifications: 5 years of proven
inside sales or business development experience , preferably in a
B2B environment. This is a full-time in office position with 20%
travel requirements. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding
sales quotas. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills. Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (Salesforce,
HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Excellent organizational skills with the
ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, resilient,
and adaptable to change in a high-growth environment. Preferred
Skills: Experience with solution or consultative selling approaches
Knowledge of signage or other store fixtures in the retail or
hospitality is strongly desired. Comfortable conducting product
demos and presenting to clients remotely and in person. Excellent
verbal and written communication
