Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. AML & Account Compliance Program
Manager, Americas Account Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance the
organization's AML compliance framework
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and mitigate emerging
compliance risks associated with new initiatives
Oversee the design and implementation of AML customer due diligence
and reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications
6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and
applications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
(preferred)
Experience leveraging technology and implementing process
improvements (preferred)
